Gift Certificates

1. Overview

The TBGHz Gift Certificate is a prepaid electronic voucher redeemable for purchases of most products on the TBGHz website (exclusions may apply to certain items or promotions). Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable, and must be used within their validity period.

2. Purchase & Issuance

  • Gift Certificates can be purchased online through the TBGHz website in fixed denominations (e.g., $10, $25, $50, $100) or as custom amounts (up to $500 maximum).

  • Upon purchase, an electronic Gift Certificate will be emailed to the designated recipient, containing a unique card number, PIN, and redemption instructions.

  • Physical Gift Cards are not currently available.

3. How to Use

  1. Redemption Process:

    • Log into your TBGHz  account.

    • Add desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

    • Enter your Gift Certificate code (card number + PIN) in the “Payment Method” section to apply the balance.

  2. Partial Use & Balance:

    • If the order total is less than the Gift Certificate balance, the remaining amount will be saved to your account for future use.

    • If the order exceeds the Gift Certificate value, the remaining amount must be paid via other accepted payment methods (e.g., PayPal, credit card).

  3. Combining Certificates:

    • Up to 3 Gift Certificates may be combined in a single transaction.

4. Validity & Expiration

  • Gift Certificates are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

  • The remaining balance and expiration date can be checked in your TBGHz account under “Gift Card Balance.”

5. Important Restrictions

  • Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates.

  • They are non-transferable once redeemed to an account.

  • Lost or stolen Gift Certificates will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Any attempted fraud or misuse may result in cancellation of the certificate and account suspension.
